1. Shipping & Delivery Policy:
We offer FREE shipping on every order only within Pakistan. Your order will be shipped to you fully secured by one of our Representative. Unless you are satisfied with the product they won’t leave. After you are completely satisfied with the product it’s requested to sign the receipt.
The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking.
2. Order Status & Tracking:
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 6 to 7 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse if in Stock. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. If the Orders is not in Stock and is to be Customized on Order then the Delivery, Shipping and Customization time would be 2 Weeks approx.
3. Mode Of Payments:
- 100% Cash On Delivery Option (If transaction is below 100,000 Rs).
- 50% Advance Bank Deposit and 50 % Cash on Delivery (If order is above 100,000 Rs)
- 100% Bank Transfer Option (For confirmation & dispatching of the order if COD Option is not to be availed).
